Build an automated service around a recurring deliverable
Chain with Excel/Sheets extensions - for example using LiveFlow to sync QBO data to Sheets, then send that data somewhere via Zapier
Collect inputs via web form - Send a simple form to your client/whoever has the data, auto-plug it into the spreadsheet & send it back/save to file/send it somewhere useful
Parse a CSV - for example, a CSV download from your payroll software, grab the data you need, plug it into a spreadsheet to do custom allocations by people/department. Then take the output of the spreadsheet & post it to your accounting system. Ecomm exports too.
